Terry and I wanted to Thank You for all your help with our recent home purchase.  You and your agency, Good Ole Rocky Top Realty, were very professional and knowledgeable of available properties that met our "wants and needs" list in the Crossville area.  We were traveling to Crossville from central Illinois and in three trips to Tennessee you were able to show us many homes and then to help us make an offer on the home we finally chose.  You always incorporated us into your already busy schedule and worked with us past the normal appointment time to better accomodate our travel schedule.  The home inspection, which you helped us arrange, went well but when one problem was found, you found a reputable service person to correct the issue for us.

When the offer on our home was accepted, you went well beyond the "call of duty" to help with all the arrangements necessary to complete a long-distance closing so we didn't have to travel down for the closing.  Everything went so smoothly!   Also, you gave us a very detailed list of info we needed to complete the utility hook ups and general relocation information we needed to make this move a much easier process.
